Ingredients

    For the dressing

  • ane/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 10-12 ounces corned beefiness - shredded or thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced Swiss cheese
  • one cup sauerkraut
  • iii tablespoons unsalted butter - melted

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing: Stir together all of the dressing ingredients in a pocket-size jar. Air-condition until ready to use.
  2. Prep to make the sandwiches: Identify a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium oestrus. Warm the corned beef and the sauerkraut (I used the microwave). Lay the bread out on a big cutting lath.
